Qualification: CMA / CA / CFA /MBA

Role Description:

Responsible for providing timely and accurate daily/weekly/monthly plant MIS reports and dashboards to the internal stakeholders and senior management. Also drive annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for management review.
2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS data across multiple business units.
3. Design and maintain MIS dashboards for cost tracking and performance metrics.
4. Collect, classify, and analyze cost data (materials, labor, overheads). Maintain cost sheets and reconcile actual vs. standard costs. Support cost allocation and variance analysis for different departments/projects.
5. Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor budget adherence and highlight deviations with root-cause analysis. Provide cost projections for annual / quarterly / monthly plans.
6. Ensure data integrity in ERP/MIS systems. Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
7. Support statutory, cost and internal audits with cost data and reconciliations. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
8. Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams for cost inputs. Present MIS reports to senior management and provide actionable insights.
9. SAP CO module issues on requirement basis.
