• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for DMA/DSA partners.
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct orientation and training sessions to familiarize new partners with tools, processes, and expectations.
• Continuously improve the onboarding journey for better efficiency and partner experience.

Dashboard & Data Management

• Maintain and update onboarding and performance dashboards.
• Monitor key metrics such as onboarding status, partner activity, and lead conversion.

Payout Processing

• Manage monthly/weekly payout cycles for DMA/DSA partners.
• Ensure accurate calculation of commissions and incentives.
• Resolve payout-related queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Audit & Compliance

• Ensure all onboarding and payout processes adhere to audit and compliance standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all partner-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal audit teams during reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows.
• Propose and implement automation or process enhancements.
• Gather feedback from partners to refine onboarding and support mechanisms.
