Job Description
Job Title: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and confidential HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) for management.
- HRIS/System Maintenance: Maintain employee databases, update HR systems (e.g., SAP, ERP), and ensure data integrity.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Create dashboards and charts to visualize workforce trends, using pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Compliance & Validation: Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and validation.
- Operational Support: Support HR functions like onboarding, employee file management, and tracking recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macro/VBA is a plus) and Google Sheets.
- HRIS Knowledge: Experience with HR Information Systems (SAP, HRIS software).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 25 years of experience in HR Operations or MIS.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication.
