Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION MIS & DATABASE EXECUTIVE (ROAD WORKS PROJECTS)
Location: Project Offices / HO (as required)
Department: Project MIS
Reporting To: Manager - Accounts, Finance, Taxation / Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for daily progress, resource utilization, equipment tracking, labour deployment, and material consumption.
- Manage chainage-wise databases, strip charts, DPR formats, BOQ tracking, and productivity analytics.
- Prepare weekly & monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Extract, validate, and analyse site data to identify deviations and cost overruns.
- Work closely with billing, planning, and engineering teams for real-time project tracking.
- Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI, and data automation.
- Understanding of road construction process, BOQ items, and DPR reporting.
- Ability to maintain accurate and audit-ready databases.
- Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate (Engineering/Data preferred)
- 26 years of MIS experience; road-project MIS experience is highly preferred.
