About the Company : Hiring for Mine Planning Manager based out at Ahmedabad for Mining Business (Mining Tech Consultancy) a flagship of Adani.

About the Role : He will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective mine plans to optimize resource extraction and operational efficiency.

Mine Planning role :

1. Analyze geological data to estimate the quantity and quality of mineral resources available for extraction.
2. Develop short-term and long-term mine plans, including pit designs, haul roads, and waste dump locations.
3. Create detailed schedules for drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling to optimize production and meet targets.
4. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for mining operations, ensuring economic viability and efficiency.
5. Ensure mine plans adhere to safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
6. Utilize mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan, MineSched, Datamine) for modeling, simulation, and optimization.
7. Work closely with geology, operations, and maintenance teams; prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of environmental regulations in mining.

Qualifications & Experience :

• B.Tech / M.tech in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Mining areas.
