Job Description
Position - BRM Migration Lead (Hands-On)
Location : Bangalore
Required Skills:
- Lead Oracle BRM data migration programs including migration strategy, execution, and cutover planning.
- Strong experience with BRM 12 schema, BRM-CMT migration tools, SQL, and legacy data mapping.
- Perform data conversion, encrypted data handling, data loading, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.
- Conduct post-migration validation and reconciliation (events, invoices, bills, open items, dunning).
- Hands-on with Java, C/C++, Oracle (12c/19c), PL/SQL, PCM Java, and scripting (Perl/Python).
- Experience in telecom billing (BSS/OSS), performance testing, dry runs, and migration reporting.
Nice to Have: Kubernetes, cloud deployments, Agile/DevOps experience, strong stakeholder communication.
