Migration Architect – Wireless & Cloud Platform Transformation

• Wireless Networking Expertise:
• - Deep understanding of WLAN architecture (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, SSID, VLAN, Radius, DHCP, DNS), RF fundamentals, and mobility.
• - Hands-on experience with Aruba AOS 6/8/10 platforms.
• Cloud-Managed Wireless Platforms:
• - Proven experience with Aruba Central and cloud-based WLAN provisioning.
• - Familiarity with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and cloud onboarding workflows.
• Migration Experience:
• - Demonstrated success in migrating large-scale wireless networks (AOS 6/8 AOS 10).
• - Ability to assess legacy deployments and design scalable migration paths.
• Automation & Scripting:
• - Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) for provisioning and configuration.
• - Understanding of REST APIs for Aruba Central and AOS 10.
• Security & Policy Enforcement:
• - Knowledge of wireless security protocols (WPA3, 802.1X, etc.).
• - Experience with role-based access control and policy enforcement in Aruba environments.
• Documentation & Communication:
• - Ability to create migration playbooks, SOWs, and technical documentation.
• - Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team enablement.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications:
• - Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) or Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX).
• - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
• SD-Branch & Edge Architecture:
• - Experience with SD-Branch deployments and integration with AOS 10.
• Monitoring & Telemetry:
• - Familiarity with Aruba Central Insights, AI-powered analytics, and telemetry data.
• Cross-Platform Integration:
• - Experience integrating Aruba wireless with third-party NAC, SIEM, or SD-WAN solutions.
• Field Enablement:
• - Experience training or mentoring SEs and partner teams on wireless migration best practices.
