Must Have:

Our day-to-day responsibilities also include:

• Drive encryption on transition project
• Solving self-service tooling issue
• User training and consultation
• Schedule central driven site encryption events
• Write scripts or Ansible playbook to automate the runbook
• Address L2 escalation during the central driven site encryption events
• Generate Splunk dashboard to report the progress and status
• Support web hosting products
• Solving self-service tooling issue
• Troubleshoot Apache/Tomcat/Lightstreamer/Websphere instance problems that is escalated by L2
• Take pcap and use sophisticated network tooling to track network layer traffic and identify root cause of complex issues of web application flow.
• Address L2 escalations, Incident management and Problem management
• Process improvement, automation, scripting
• Writing technical documentation, providing training to users

Essential:

• experience in enterprise-level web-hosting and/or load balancing environment
• Deep understanding of Apache, Tomcat web hosting product
• Deep understanding of security protocols, e.g. TLS, SSL cert, authentication and authorization
• Strong knowledge of WebSphere, Lightstreamer and load balancing
• Strong knowledge internet and networking protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS
• Comfortable with system administration of Linux
• Familiar with at least one scripting language: Perl, Python, Powershell, Shell
• Knowledge of ITIL (change management, incident management, and problem management)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and high pressure situations for outage handling, management or resolution
• Effective communication with various user groups (developers, engineers) as well as remote team members
• Drive to learn about new technologies, techniques and what it takes to be an integral member of this team

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education

Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
