Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from office at least once a week or thrice a month)

Preferred Location of Candidate: Currently based in Gujarat

Job Summary

We are looking for a Middle East Recruiter with 12 years of experience in overseas hiring, specifically for the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for Gulf countries and be familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Middle East positions (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Share regular recruitment status reports with the team and management
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines
• Support documentation coordination such as offer letters, visa process follow-ups (basic level)

Requirements & Skills

• 12 years of experience in Middle East / Overseas Recruitment
• Good understanding of Gulf hiring practices and job roles
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel, job portals, and ATS (if applicable)
• Must be currently based in Gujarat and comfortable with a hybrid work model

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience hiring for technical, engineering, oil & gas, construction, or industrial roles is an advantage
