About the Department

Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

Key Responsibilities

The team in executing strategies aimed at promoting investments and facilitating potential investment opportunities. The role entails close coordination with key stakeholders, including various ministries and external stakeholders.

The incumbent will report to the Team Lead Europe.

Work in close coordination with team lead to ensure execution of the strategy of the team or a project

Establish and maintain a comprehensive repository to systematically track developments, encompassing emerging investment signals, policy and regulatory amendments at both the central and state levels, as well as notable best practices and sectoral initiatives.

Support & guide team in preparation of high-quality research, reports, presentations and briefing notes required for specific projects

Formulate and implement strategies to enhance awareness and further the Make in India campaign

Coordinate with stakeholders for organising roundtables, workshops, roadshows etc.

Facilitate engagement and enablement of investors from the European region, while contributing effectively to the achievement of client objectives and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree mandatory.
• Experience working with global organizations, strong communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Skilled in research and business development.
• Team management experience preferred.
