Were looking for a Mid-level SEO Expert who understands traditional SEO and modern, AI-driven search concepts like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and optimization for AI-powered search experiences.

What Youll Do

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
• Optimize content for AEO, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search
• Implement GEO strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search results (SGE, AI overviews, LLM-based search)
• Conduct keyword research, entity mapping, and topic clustering
• Collaborate with content teams to create search- and AI-friendly content
• Perform technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema)
• Leverage structured data and schema to enhance AI and answer engine visibility
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
• Build and manage ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives
• Track KPIs, measure organic growth, and deliver actionable insights

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of traditional SEO + AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Knowledge of structured data, entities, E-E-A-T, and topical authority
• Familiarity with AI search experiences, LLM behavior, and content optimization
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience optimizing content for AI overviews and conversational search
• Knowledge of local, eCommerce, or international SEO
• Experience using AI tools for SEO research, content optimization, or analysis
• Understanding of CRO and UX principles
