Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled MicroStrategy Specialist with strong experience in MicroStrategy development and administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SQL, ETL processes, and working knowledge of GCP services such as BigQuery and Airflow/Composer, along with basic Python scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Develop and support ETL processes for data integration and transformation.
• Work with GCP tools such as BigQuery and Airflow/Composer for data pipeline orchestration.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for data modeling and warehouse design.
• Use basic Python scripting for automation and data processing tasks where required.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience working with ETL tools/processes.
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Airflow/Composer).
• Basic understanding of Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
