MicroStrategy Developer

We are looking for a MicroStrategy Specialist to design, develop, and optimize enterpriselevel BI solutions that drive datadriven decision making across the organisation.

Location - Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using MicroStrategy.
• Implement and manage MicroStrategy schema objects, metadata, and cubes.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot MicroStrategyrelated issues.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all MicroStrategy deliverables.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to integrate data from various sources.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, data models, and analytical processes.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Intelligence Server, and Workstation.
• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL workflows.
• Experience in performance tuning and advanced MicroStrategy features (VLDB settings, Caches, Security Roles).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
