Position: MicroStrategy Admin
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience : 7-12 years

Must Have:
- Experience in BI/analytics platform support or infrastructure engineering, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Hands-on experience administering Snowflake, MicroStrategy SaaS, Qlik, Looker, or Semarchy.
- Strong expertise with AWS services relevant to BI platforms (RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC).
- Proficiency in observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus) for monitoring and alerting.
- Proven track record of incident response and root cause analysis for high-severity platform incidents.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and BI/reporting teams.
