Microsoft PowerApps consultant

The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutionsprimarily using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automateto streamline business processes and enhance digital productivity across the organization. The role is responsible for building secure, integrated applications, configuring authentication for external users, and ensuring seamless connectivity with Microsoft services such as SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders, the role transforms requirements into efficient, userfriendly solutions, provides ongoing support, drives automation opportunities, and ensures comprehensive documentation and training to enable effective adoption and long-term success.

1. Extensive experience in Private Markets (VC, PE, Growth Equity, Alternatives) or related financial services domains.
2. Strong understanding of how private market processes work deal flow, workflows, reporting structure and team interactions.
3. Excellent process mapping skills, with ability to document, visualize and simplify complex workflows.
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with structured thought processes.
5. Proven track record of independently managing and driving projects with minimal supervision.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
