Role Overview

FutureTEC is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Consultant to design, develop, and deliver business applications and analytics solutions using Microsofts Power Platform.

This is a client-facing role focused on enabling organizations to automate processes, build low-code applications, and generate business insights. The role plays a key part in delivering fast, high-impact solutions and supporting FutureTECs Microsoft ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI

Business Process Automation

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Implement low-code solutions aligned with business needs

Client Engagement

• Work closely with clients to understand requirements
• Conduct workshops and solution demonstrations
• Provide guidance on best practices and solution design

Integration & Delivery

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and services
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions
• Support delivery and user adoption

Required Certifications (Mandatory)

At least one of the following:

• PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate

Preferred Certifications (Strong Advantage)

• PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
• Additional Microsoft certifications (Azure or Dynamics)

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 36 years of experience with Power Platform
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience in business process automation
• Understanding of data and reporting concepts
• Experience working with clients and gathering requirements
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Integration with APIs and external systems
• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
• Exposure to governance and security best practices
