About Position:

 

As a Microsoft Power Automate Desktop RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in automating processes within your organization. Your expertise lies in creating effective and efficient solutions by automating time-consuming and repetitive tasks. You will work with a mix of approaches, including UI, API, and database automations, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

What You'll Do:

 

Process analysis and Design:

 

• Analyze existing processes and areas suitable for automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points.
• Design effective and efficient automation workflows

 

Automation Development:

 

• Implement automations using PowerAutomate for Desktop and PowerAutomate cloud flows.
• Utilize actions for logic and data manipulation.
• Develop solutions for windows-based browser-based and terminal based applications.

 

Workflow optimization:

 

• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize business workflows.
• Ensure that automation processes align with organization goals and enhance efficiency.

 

Deployment and Support:

 

• Collaborate with administrators to deploy solutions to different environments.
• Providing ongoing support for deployed automations

 

Expertise You'll Bring:

 

• Proficiency in PowerAutomate for desktop and PowerAutomate cloud flows Familiarity with Al builder, Process Advisor, and Microsoft Dataverse Experience with scripting languages and the Windows desktop environment Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and design effective automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
• Collaboration and communication.
• Work effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
• Communicate technical concept clearly to non-technical team members.
• Certifications: PL-500: Microsoft Certified PowerAutomate RPA Developer Associate certification. (This certification validates skills in designing, developing and maintaining automations using PowerAutomate.
