RESPONSIBLITIES

EXCHANGE ONLINE & IDENTITY

Administer and maintain the Exchange Online environment, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Provision, deprovision, and manage user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes.

Manage Microsoft 365 groups, distribution lists, and mail-enabled security groups.

Conduct periodic license usage reviews and optimize license allocation.

Review and update mail flow rules; analyze Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) to resolve routing issues.

Troubleshoot complex email delivery issues, manage junk/spam submissions, and maintain domain allow lists/safelists.

Review and maintain retention policies; manage and support eDiscovery requests, including FINRA-related investigations.

Manage and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) user identities, attributes, and access.

Review and fine-tune Conditional Access (CA) policies; monitor sign-in logs for anomalies and security risks.

Monitor mailbox storage capacity and archive utilization.
