Role Summary

ARAs Client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP Technical professional with strong cross-platform expertise spanning Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules). This role is responsible for leading end-to-end solution design, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement for complex enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP/Commerce platforms
• Assess current-state business processes, systems, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Dynamics 365 solutions
• Design integrated CRMERP architectures enabling end-to-end business workflows
• Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate requirement-gathering, solution design, and architecture workshops
• Support business case development and transformation roadmaps
• Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and adoption

Must Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM /ERP/ Commerce Technical.
• Proven experience working on Dynamics 365 ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Central
• Experience in Team Lead, Technical Lead, or Manager roles on enterprise programs
• Experience with integrations between CRM, ERP, and third-party systems

Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale digital or ERP/CRM/Commerce transformation programs
• Hands on with AI Technologies.
