Job Description
Your RoleAs a QA Lead (6+ years of experience required)You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will lead the QA team, define testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.In this role you will play a key role in:Leading the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.Conducting thorough testing of CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations.Performing regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.Mentoring junior QA team members and driving process improvements.Preparing and presenting detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.Your ProfileMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM (in-depth knowledge of modules).Software Testing Methodologies & QA Processes.Automated Testing Tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete).Test Planning & Execution (including UAT, regression).Defect Management & Reporting Tools.What you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
