Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, customization, integrations, and enterprise-level deployments

Design, develop, customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.

Perform CRM customizations using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Web APIs.

Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.

Support data migration, data modelling, and CRM deployments.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Ensure best practices in security roles, field-level security, and governance.

Good to Have

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Exposure to Azure DevOps and Git repositories.

Experience in enterprise-scale CRM implementations.

Ability to mentor junior developers
