Job Description

We are looking for 2 Consutlant who highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance and Operations (F&O) Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting clients in the implementation, optimization, and support of Dynamics AX F&O solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their financial and operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

o Engage with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals.

o Conduct detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics AX F&O solutions.

o Design and configure Dynamics AX F&O solutions to meet client-specific needs and industry best practices.

o Lead or support the implementation process, including system setup, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.

o Customize Dynamics AX F&O modules to enhance functionality and address specific business requirements.

o Optimize system performance and ensure alignment with client objectives and industry standards.

o Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to end-users to ensure effective use of Dynamics AX F&O.

o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

o Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial and operational performance.

o Assist clients in utilizing Dynamics AX F&O reporting tools to support data driven decision-making.

o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, and user guides.

o Share best practices and recommendations for leveraging Dynamics AX F&O to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

o Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics AX (or Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) Business Consultant, with a strong focus on finance and operations modules.

o Experience in project management, business analysis, and system implementation.

Skills:

o Deep understanding of Dynamics AX F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Production, and Project Management.

o Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

o Proficiency in SQL, AX X++, and other relevant technologies is desirable.

Certifications:

o Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB-310, MB 320) are preferred.
