We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Retail and Commerce Assistant Manager


  • Locations: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience
  • Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days


we are planning to have a drive this Friday 9th January and next Friday 16th January.

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Assistant Manager Retail and Commerce


The Opportunity:


As a Assistant Manager in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Finance, you will lead complex enterprise-scale ERP implementations for global clients, focusing on core finance processes. Your leadership, expertise, and ability to manage functional teams and client relationships will drive transformation and innovation, helping businesses reimagine finance through technology.


Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Good understanding of Retail channels, POS setup, registers, workers, screen layouts, hardware profiles, and CSU setups.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 E-commerce site builder, page layouts, modules, navigations, Media assets and navigations and content management.
  • Ability to configure Pricing and promotions, assortments, and product catalogs.
  • Experience in configuration delivery modes, fulfilment settings, order processing, payment connectors, and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of inventory availability, ATP, real-time service, and order life cycle.
  • Understanding of Customer hierarchy, affiliations, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of Omnichannel retail operations (BOPIS, Ship to home, Pick/ Pack, returns and refunds)
  • Good understanding of cart, checkout, payment connectors, invoice payments, and email notifications.
  • Functional understanding of store operations, pos transactions, cash management, and daily retail processes.


Ideally, Youll Also Have:

Experience with other D365 F&O Modules like SCM. Strong working knowledge of modules not limited to products and Inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Advanced Warehousing, Transportation Management, Master Planning, Demand and Forecast Scheduling, Intercompany Trade and Enterprise Asset Management.

Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Strong experience in data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and cleansing.

Ability to coach and mentor junior team members and lead knowledge sharing initiatives.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops and client demos.

Experience working in multi-country rollouts and multi-entity environments.
