Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the entire implementation lifecycle of BC. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving digital transformation through configuration, data migration, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:Conduct client workshops to understand business processes, identify gaps, and document functional requirement specifications (FRD).

Implementation & Configuration:Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including setting up modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing) and configuring the application to meet business needs.

Data Migration & Integration:Manage data migration from legacy systems (customers, vendors, items, opening balances) to Business Central.

Solution Design:Collaborate with technical developers to customize Business Central using AL language extensions and design RDLC reports.

Testing & Quality Assurance:Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the developed solution meets the defined business requirements.

User Training & Support:Provide training to end-users and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Project Governance:Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while adhering to Microsoft Sure Step or Agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:3+ years of experience in implementing or Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Industry Knowledge:Proven experience in at least 2 full project life cycles (end-to-end implementation).

Functional Expertise:Deep understanding of core BC modules: Finance (AP, AR, GL), Supply Chain Management, and Fixed Assets. Knowledge on CRM, Power BI/auotmate is an added advantage

Technical Familiarity:Strong understanding of AL code, extensions, and integration with third-party apps.

Communication:Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills and lead a team.

Education:Bachelors degree in IT, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Certification.

Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Experience with SQL Server and Jet Reports.
