Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant who combines strong functional expertise with excellent customer engagement skills. Role Overview
As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will:
- Engage with customers to understand business processes and requirements
- Design end-to-end functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications
- Configure and optimize BC modules to align with business objectives
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
- Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities
- Ensure clear, structured communication throughout the project lifecycle
Functional Expertise Required
Hands-on experience in core Business Central functional areas:
- Financial Management & Accounting
- Sales, Purchasing & Order Management
- Inventory & Supply Chain Processes
- Project / Service Management (preferred)
- Third-party integrations (good to have)
Required Skills & Experience
- 57 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows
- Proven experience in customer interaction and requirement gathering
- Experience in full-cycle or multiple implementation projects
- Strong documentation, fit-gap analysis, and solution design skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
