Power Platform Developer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. This role involves building scalable applications, automating workflows, and integrating AI-driven capabilities to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate (Flows).
• Create and manage custom connectors for integration with Microsoft and third-party services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver low-code/no-code solutions .
• Implement AI-driven features leveraging Azure OpenAI , Copilot , and Power Virtual Agents .
• Develop intelligent chatbots and integrate them into business workflows.
• Customize and enhance SharePoint Online solutions using Power Platform and modern architecture.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices within Microsoft 365.
• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated on Microsofts latest Power Platform and AI innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online & On-Premises , migration tools, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services , REST APIs, Graph API, and scripting (PowerShell, JSON).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102).
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and Copilot integrations.
