Role Description

We're looking for a full-time, on-site, Microsoft D365 F & O ERP SCM Consultant to join our team in Madurai. You will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O system, testing system enhancements and integrations, and providing training and support to end users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F & O SCM/ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes and their integration with ERP
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O modules in the SCM/ERP areas
• Experience in requirements gathering, creating functional design documents, and conducting user acceptance testing
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to articulate ideas, problems, and solutions with various stakeholders across different levels
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Microsoft Certifications (such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.) in Dynamics AX/D365 F & O SCM/ERP is a plus
• Experience with Retail or Finance is a plus
