Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Online & On-Premise) Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript customizations, and business process flows Integrate CRM with external/internal systems using REST, SOAP, Web API, JSON/XML Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, roles, and security models Build SSRS and Fetch XML-based reports and support data migration tasks Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements Ensure clean deployment, version control, and performance optimization across environments Resource

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 with Strong in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CRM SDK, and customization tools Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML, and system integration tools
• Practical experience with tools like Git, and TFS Prior experience in the financial services domain is preferred
• Certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (any valid certification)
