We are looking for an experienced 365 CRM Application Tech Lead for an onsite role in the Philippines.

Qualifications & Experience

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications

Strong expertise in system architecture, development, and integrations

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Define work items and dependencies required to build features and functionalities

Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes and delivery timelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions within scope, in line with BDO SDLC and Governance processes

Assist in vendor evaluation and manage vendors to ensure all technical deliverables are met

Coordinate with the Project Manager during project scoping / re-scoping and update the build plan accordingly

Review infrastructure, security, and solution design

Review functional and non-functional requirements, test plans, test scripts, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

Facilitate technical issue resolution, including SIT and UAT defect management

Oversee deployment activities and review deployment instruction guidelines

Support project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables and lessons learned are documented
