About The Job:
We are looking for a Microsoft Bing Ads Specialist who understands that ads are not about traffictheyre about intent and pipeline .
You will manage and scale Microsoft Advertising accounts for B2B, SaaS, IT Services, and Enterprise clientsworking closely with GTM and sales teams to convert search intent into qualified opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work beyond Google Ads and build expertise in an underpriced, high-intent channel .
What Will You Do:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Microsoft Bing Ads accounts
- Import & adapt Google Ads campaigns into Bing
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent B2B searches
- Build and test ad copies aligned with enterprise buying journeys
- Implement conversion tracking and CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred)
- Optimize toward SQLs, not clicks or CTR
- Analyze search term reports and improve lead quality
- Collaborate with GTM and sales teams on follow-up strategy
- Prepare weekly performance and pipeline-impact reports
- Experience running ads for IT Services, SaaS, Pharma, Insurance, or Enterprise products
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads audience targeting
- Understanding of sales funnels and qualification logic
- Prior agency or growth team experience
Experience:
- 14 years of experience in paid search / performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation
- Google Ads (mandatory)
- HubSpot or similar CRM
- Conversion tracking & UTM frameworks
- Analytical mindset with business-first thinking
- Ability to work independently and own outcomes
