Job Description
Requirement: Exchange / M365
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Experience: 26 years
Budget: Grid Max 6 to 9 LPA
Preference: Immediate joiners
M365 Support :
- Provide first-line support for M365 services including Exchange Online , Teams , OneDrive , SharePoint , and Intune .
- Troubleshoot user issues related to email delivery , Teams functionality , OneDrive synchronization , and SharePoint access .
- Assist with user account management (e.g., creation, password resets, licensing assignments) via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center .
- Monitor service health in M365 and escalate issues as needed.
Exchange On-Premises Support :
- Manage and troubleshoot Exchange 2019 On-Premises environments, including user mailbox management, email routing, and mail flow issues.
- Assist with server health monitoring using tools like Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, and Exchange Management Shell.
- Support mailbox migrations and handle basic restore requests from backups.
- Ensure Exchange databases are functioning optimally, including log file management and disk space monitoring.
Client Support and Configuration :
- Help users configure Outlook clients and mobile devices (via ActiveSync).
- Resolve common email client issues and provide setup assistance.
- Assist with mobile device enrollment and troubleshooting in M365 or Exchange environments.
Backup and Recovery :
- Ensure regular backups of Exchange databases and logs.
- Help restore mailboxes or data from backups as necessary.
Escalation :
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to L2/L3 engineers according to predefined escalation procedures.
- Log incidents and ensure they are tracked for resolution.
Security and Compliance :
- Support security measures such as anti-spam, anti-malware, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies in Exchange and M365.
- Monitor security alerts and ensure compliance with organizations security standards.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, and escalation processes.
- Provide regular updates to management on support metrics and service requests.
Routine Maintenance :
- Perform routine health checks and maintenance tasks on Exchange On-Premises servers.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of M365 services across all users and devices.
