Job Description
Microbiologist
Location : Corporate Office - Andheri Mumbai
Role : To perform micro analysis as per PAPL standards
Qualification : Masters in Microbiology
- Profile : To perform micro analysis of Ingredients/SGF/Packaging/FG/Equipment and Environment, etc. as per the MTF/ PAPL standards and maintain the records using PAPL QMATE system.
- To do the trend analysis of various parameters of Micro for Water, FG and RM to predict the change in microbial status and plan proactive actions.
- To review the microbial trends across the manufacturing process with QA Manager and Plant Manager on regular basis.
- T carryout investigation of microbial changes/ deviations through the process and systems, own the upkeeping of the entire plant process w.r.t. the microbiological aspects.
- Microbiological validation of new process/package/product before taking into production & getting approval from QAM.
- To implement product release program
