We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of group travel and event requirements.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment.
• Manage corporate accounts and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and event partners to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise clients.
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Tourism, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel management or MICE groups.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
• Knowledge of corporate travel processes and event logistics is a plus.
