Around 15 years of experience in the field of Simulation.
Sound knowledge on ANSYS workbench in Structural and Flow/Thermal simulations is a must.
Knowledge on LS-Dyna, SIMIO or Moldex3D will be an added advantage
Should be able to create hand calculation to verify the designs.
Achieve close correlation of Simulation & Experimental results

Manage a portfolio of new and on-going projects, using good project management skills.
Evaluate mechanical, flow and thermal performance of product designs and processes

Ensure capacity creation and continuous improvement in the team
Collaborate with local and global teams and achieve the goals of the Medical BU
Enhance participation of the team in TE conferences and represent Medical BU in various COIs
