Meter Reader

Job Purpose:

Responsible is responsible for supervising and managing meter reading operations to ensure accurate water consumption data.

Responsibilities

• Supervising meter readers and allocating daily routes
• Ensuring accurate and timely meter readings
• Verifying meter readings and resolving discrepancies
• Coordinating with the billing and customer care departments
• Handling meter-related complaints and field issues
• Maintaining meter reading records and reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Monitoring meter reader performance and productivity

Skills Required (Education, Knowledge, Experience)

MS- Excel and excellent Communication skills
