About the Role

Brick2Wall is looking for a sharp, commercially driven Metal Scrap Trader with hands-on experience in international markets in ferrous and non-ferrous scrap trade. This role requires strong market intelligence, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end trading cycles across global geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end purchase and sale of metal scrap in international markets
• Identify and develop new suppliers and buyers across key geographies
• Manage pricing, negotiations, and contract closures to ensure optimal margins
• Track global market trends, pricing fluctuations, and demand-supply dynamics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and vendors
• Ensure smooth execution of transactions, including logistics coordination and documentation
• Mitigate risks related to pricing, compliance, and supply chain disruptions

Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA preferred
• 56 years of experience in international metal scrap trading
• Strong understanding of global scrap markets and pricing mechanisms
• Proven track record in deal-making and margin management
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
