Metabolic Health Counselor (Sales Profile)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor for our Metabolic Treatment Centre. The candidate will be responsible for counseling patients, explaining treatment programs, converting inquiries into enrollments, and maintaining strong patient relationships. The ideal candidate should have a background in MBA (Marketing/Healthcare) or Psychology with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel patients regarding metabolic treatment programs.

Understand patient health concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans.

Convert walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries into admissions.

Explain treatment packages, pricing, and payment plans clearly.

Follow up with leads and maintain conversion records.

Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for patient management.

Maintain patient database and update CRM regularly.

Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

Handle objections and build trust with patients.

Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management)

OR Masters / Bachelors in Psychology

Sales background preferred Experience:

13 years experience in counseling / healthcare sales / wellness industry preferred
