Role:

Own and scale SVFs Meta revenue ecosystem across Bengali content. This is a P&L-driven leadership role responsible for monetization growth, page network expansion, and senior-level engagement with Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own annual Meta revenue targets and RPM growth.
• Architect monetizable watch-time strategy across film clips, music, nostalgia, devotional, and cultural spikes.
• Build and scale a cluster-based Bengali page ecosystem (genre-led, star-led, theme-led).
• Identify new page incubation opportunities and white spaces.
• Lead senior relationship with Meta, secure pilots, feature access, and escalation support.
• Drive dashboard-led performance governance (watch time, retention, RPM, yield per content type).
• Align content, rights, and operations teams toward revenue-first programming.

Ideal Profile:

• 6-8 years in digital platform monetization / social video strategy.
• Deep understanding of Meta monetization mechanics.
• Strong instinct for Bengali audience psychology and content performance.
• Proven ability to scale digital video revenue businesses.
