Were looking for someone who understands that performance marketing = data + psychology + creative + testing.

Role Overview

We are hiring anIn-House Meta Ads Specialistwho will be responsible for planning, executing and scaling high-performance Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across multiple client accounts.


This role is ROI-driven. You will be directly responsible for lead generation, sales funnels, retargeting structures and performance optimisation.


If you only know how to boost posts, this is not the role.


Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Build full-funnel ad strategies (Awareness Consideration Conversion)
  • Create structured ad account architecture
  • Design cold, warm and hot audience targeting
  • Set up retargeting funnels properly
  • Plan budget allocation per funnel stage


2. Campaign Execution
  • Create campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
  • A/B test creatives, copies, audiences and placements
  • Launch lead generation ads, conversion ads, catalog ads, WhatsApp ads
  • Set up tracking (Pixel, Events, Conversions API if required)
  • Ensure proper event tracking and reporting


3. Performance Optimisation
  • Monitor campaigns daily
  • Optimise CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS
  • Scale winning ads
  • Kill underperforming ads quickly
  • Improve conversion rate through testing


4. Reporting & Analytics
  • Weekly performance reporting
  • Clear breakdown of:
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per result
  • ROAS
  • Funnel drop-offs
  • Suggest improvements backed by data


5. Coordination With Creative Team
  • Work closely with:
  • Social media strategist
  • Graphic designer
  • Video editor
  • Suggest performance-oriented creatives
  • Give clear creative briefs based on data


Required Skills
  • 2+ years hands-on experience in Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Audience targeting
  • Lookalike audiences
  • Retargeting
  • Pixel tracking
  • Funnel building
  • Experience running ads for:
  • Lead generation
  • E-commerce
  • High-ticket services
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to read numbers & make decisions


Bonus If You Have
  • Experience with real estate / clinics / beauty brands
  • Experience running WhatsApp automation funnels
  • Knowledge of landing page optimisation
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads
  • Experience scaling ad accounts above 1L+ monthly spend
