Salary Range: 30K - 40K per month

Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Specialist at Get Catalyzed in Jaipur. As a specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve exceptional ROI.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platform.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including scaling campaigns and driving customer acquisition.
• Who had managed both the lead generation campaigns and sales campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain performance targets.
• Work with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
