Role: Meta Ads Performance Marketer

Location: Surat (In-Office Only)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting from 2.5L (based on experience & performance)

What youll do:

• Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns with 1L+ daily budgets
• Maintain strict ROAS targets across D2C brands (fashion, beauty, lifestyle)
• Work closely with creative & strategy teams to build winning ad funnels
• Analyze data, test creatives, audiences & offers for continuous growth

What were looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads for D2C / eCommerce brands
• Proven record of scaling campaigns profitably
• Strong understanding of performance metrics & attribution
• Surat-based or willing to relocate (in-office role)
