Role Overview
We are looking for a Meta Ads Performance Manager with deep hands-on experience in scaling D2C and eCommerce brands through sales-driven Meta campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how Meta actually converts, knows how to test and scale creatives systematically, and can take ownership of revenue, ROAS, and growth outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Sales & Scaling
- Plan, launch, and optimise sales-based Meta Ads campaigns (Conversions & Catalogue)
- Build and manage full-funnel structures:
- Prospecting (TOF)
- Retargeting (MOF/BOF)
- Retention & scale campaigns
- Own campaign performance with clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth
- Scale budgets systematically while maintaining profitability benchmarks
Creative Testing & Strategy
- Design and execute structured creative testing frameworks
- Test multiple:
- Hooks
- Angles (problem-solution, UGC, founder-led, offers, use-cases)
- Formats (UGC videos, statics, carousels, catalogues)
- Identify winning creatives and scale them across audiences
- Work closely with internal creative team to improve:
- Thumb-stopping ability
- Message-market fit
- Conversion-focused storytelling
Audience & Funnel Optimisation
- Build and optimise:
- Broad & interest-based audiences
- Lookalike audiences
- High-intent retargeting pools
- Analyse user journey from Session ATC Purchase
- Identify funnel drop-offs and suggest improvements
- Optimise delivery issues related to audience quality and intent
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key Meta metrics:
- ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, Conversion Rate
- Analyse performance trends and derive actionable insights
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear learnings and next steps
- Recommend budget reallocation based on performance signals
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C/eCommerce brands
- Proven experience running sales-focused campaigns (not just awareness)
- Experience managing 30L+ cumulative ad spend
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and auction dynamics
- Experience working with Shopify-based brands
- Strong analytical mindset and performance ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meta Pixel & Conversions API
- Understanding of GA4 basics
- Exposure to CRO and product page optimisation
- Prior agency experience with multiple D2C accounts
