Role: Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook + Instagram)

Location: Remote

Experience: 24 years

Salary: 40,000 80,000 per month (based on capability)

About the Role

Studio APS is a performance-creative agency that helps D2C brands scale profitably through full-funnel growth systems across Meta, Google, creative strategy, CRO, and retention.


We are looking for a Meta Ads Media Buyer who can independently manage, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns for fast-growing D2C eCommerce brands.


This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, structured, and comfortable making decisions that directly impact revenue.


If youre obsessed with data, have a strong sense of what creative angles work, and understand how to scale accounts with stability youll be a great fit.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns for 810 D2C brands
  • Build full-funnel ad account structures (Prospecting, Retargeting, DPA, ASC, Lookalikes)
  • Plan and execute structured testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Optimize campaigns toward ROAS, CAC, new customer rate, and MER
  • Create and maintain testing trackers, UTM frameworks, and reporting dashboards
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief hooks, angles, formats, and ad scripts
  • Diagnose performance drops with a step-by-step analytical framework
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, bids, and structures accordingly
  • Join internal strategy calls and lead weekly client meetings


Required Skills

  • 24 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
  • Proven ability to manage 10L50L+ monthly budgets
  • Lookalike & interest layering
  • Retargeting workflows
  • UTM setup for tracking
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts
  • Strong creative intuition (hooks, angles, ad formats)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Create and manage monthly creative briefs
  • Create and manage website CRO reports & recommendations
  • Experience in the D2C or eCommerce space
  • Knowledge of Motion, Varos, TripleWhale, Foreplay


Strong understanding of:

  • Shopify Analytics
  • GA4
  • Google sheets
  • Pre click & post click metrics


Good to Have

  • Past agency experience
