Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist (Immediate Joiner)

DevNexus Solutions is a growing IT & digital marketing company working with clients acrossIndia, USA, Australia, and the Middle East . Were looking for ahands-on Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist who understands performance marketing, not just ad setup.

Role Overview

Youll be responsible forplanning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube). This role is ideal for someone who enjoystesting, data analysis, and driving ROI .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manageMeta Ads (Lead Gen, Conversion, Ecommerce, Messenger)
• ManageGoogle Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
• Create and testaudiences, creatives, copies, and funnels
• Optimize campaigns forCPL, CPA, ROAS
• Analyze performance usingMeta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4
• Implementconversion tracking via GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel
• Generate clearweekly & monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with design & content teams for creatives
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managingreal ad budgets
• Strong understanding offunnel-based advertising
• Experience withlead generation & ecommerce campaigns
• Knowledge ofA/B testing, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Familiarity withGA4, GTM, conversion APIs
• Ability to think strategically and act independently
  

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience running ads forinternational clients
• Understanding oflanding page CRO
• Experience withhigh-ticket leads or service-based businesses
• Knowledge of tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or other CRMs
