Role Overview


We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and scaling Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be strong in lead generation, funnel optimization, audience targeting, and ROAS-driven performance marketing.


Salary Range:- 6-8 LPA


About the Role



Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation and conversions
  • Build and manage campaign structures, ad sets, creatives, and budgets
  • Perform audience research, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies
  • Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and ad frequency
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
  • Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Work closely with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and video ads
  • Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and ensure accurate event tracking
  • Stay updated with Meta platform changes, policies, and best practices
  • Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance benchmarks


Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and tracking
  • Experience with budget scaling and performance optimization
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Good understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Strong communication and reporting skills


Required Skills



  • Experience in real estate / B2C lead generation
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
  • Experience with high-budget ad accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead management systems
