MES Lead - .Net

Were hiring a Custom MES Development & Support Lead to drive the design, development, and operational support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multi-site CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) operations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining .NET (C#) , Oracle PL/SQL , and industrial automation protocols (OPC UA, SCADA/HMI) to deliver scalable, high-performance MES solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and support of custom MES/MOM solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Manage a team through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): design, development, deployment, and L2/L3 support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to deliver robust, scalable MES systems.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Estimate efforts, plan enhancements, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Integrate MES with ERP, QMS, and shop-floor systems using middleware and industrial protocols.

Must-Have Skills

• .NET Framework / .NET Core (C#) Full-stack development
• Oracle Database PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning
• MES/MOM Custom development and support
• Industrial Protocols OPC UA, SCADA/HMI, PLC integration
• UI Technologies Angular, React, or Blazor (preferred)
• MES Integration ERP (SAP/Oracle), QMS, Historian (PI/AVEVA)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with MES platforms: Siemens Opcenter/Camstar , Apriso/FlexNet , Wonderware , GE Proficy , Critical Manufacturing
• Cloud deployment experience: Azure , AWS
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
