MES Functional Consultant (Apriso)

Required Technical Skill Set-

Requirements gathering, preparing high level and low-level design documents,

Solution architecting, testing, and deployment activities.

Must Have-

Functional

Good understanding of process automation, SDLC, MESA, ISA95, Manufacturing Operations.

Good understanding of functions such as Inventory, Quality, Order Management, Plant

Performance, etc.

Good understanding of the manufacturing processes used in industry and relevant IT systems

Technical

Good knowledge of Apriso functional modules such as Production, Quality, Time & Labor, and

Maintenance etc.

Should have good knowledge of Apriso data model for functional modules.

Should be able to capture and articulate requirements, prepare low level design documents.

Able to architect Apriso MES based solution based on customers requirements.

Able to maintain and configure master data.

Knowledge of Apriso architecture is must.

General

Must have part of at least 2 end to end Apriso MES implementations.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
