Job Description
Hiring: Lead MES & Industry 4.0 Systems
Chakan Plant, Pune | 512 Years
We are looking for a hands-on MES & Industry 4.0 Leader who can architect, develop, and scale modern Manufacturing Execution Systems not just implement existing platforms, but build and integrate solutions from the ground up.
What Youll Do:
- Design & develop MES applications (Production, Quality, Traceability, Material Workflows)
- Build real-time data pipelines from machines to cloud
- Integrate MES with PLC/SCADA, ERP (SAP), WMS, QMS
- Develop APIs, microservices & data models
- Enable streaming data, dashboards & analytics
- Drive cloud integration (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Ensure stable live plant operations & high system uptime
Technical Expertise Required:
- Strong programming in Python / JavaScript (Node.js)
- PostgreSQL & Time-series databases
- REST APIs, MQTT, OPC-UA, PLC connectivity
- Cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
- Experience in live production/manufacturing environments
- Understanding of ISA-95 / Industry 4.0 architecture
