Job Title: Executive - Full Stack Developer

Working Days: 5 Days/Week (Work from Office)

Qualifications: Any Graduate (BTech/MTech/MCA preferred)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Executive - Full Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves feature development, CI/CD implementation, database optimization, and enhancing user experience. Ideal candidates are proficient in Node.js, React, SQL, and DevOps tools, with a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Development & Debugging: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build new features and troubleshoot existing ones.

Clean & Scalable Coding: Write efficient, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

CI/CD Implementation: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth and timely code deployments.

Database Optimization: Design robust database schemas and write performance-optimized SQL queries.

Continuous Learning & UX Enhancement: Stay updated with tech trends, share knowledge, and collaborate across teams to enhance user experience.

Skills we seek:

Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, and modern frontend technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and

JavaScript.

Experienced with MySQL/PostgreSQL and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Familiar with microservices architecture and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Skilled in using Git, VSCode, and knowledgeable in AWS, CI/CD, Gitflow, and shell scripting.
