MERN FullStack Lead

Typical activities that would be expected are

• Program and deliver as per the scope provided by the delivery leads/onsite managers.
• Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments
• Proactively reach out to others when you need assistance and to showcase your work
• Work independently on your assigned work
• Manage a set of team members in understanding their estimates, monitoring their quality of work and ensuring as a team you meet the project deadlines
• Actively guide the team members and up skill them
• Assign KRAs, monitor and evaluate team members job performance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of React components (Redux, MUI, ESlint, Prettier, etc.). Strong in React JS and Typescript

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
• In-depth knowledge of Node.JS back-end languages
• Experience/good exposure in any cloud environment(AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proficient in MySQL, MS SQL and knowledgeable in relational and non-relational data storage
• Excellent communication with practical decision-making skills and ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
• Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of colleagues, across functions and from different organizations
• Experience with RESTful APIs using JSON / XML
• Experience with SSL Certificates and token-based authentication
